Support & reliability

How do I get support? Do you offer phone support?

Support is handled 24/7 by ticket and email — there is no phone support. Every ticket is answered by a member of our own US-based team; support is never offshored or outsourced.

What is your uptime guarantee?

We guarantee 99.9% service availability, measured monthly. If we miss it, you can request a service credit of 5% of the affected service's monthly fee per full hour of qualifying downtime, up to 50% of one month's fee. Exclusions and claim details are in our Terms of Service.

Do you offer free migration?

Yes. New accounts get one free migration when requested by ticket within 30 days of ordering — cPanel-to-cPanel website transfers, and mailbox moves for Exchange plans. Scheduling is at our discretion and some limitations apply; see the Migration Assistance Policy in our Terms of Service.

Do hosting plans include a free SSL certificate?

Yes — every shared hosting plan includes free SSL certificates, along with malware scanning, at no extra charge.

Can I host WordPress?

Yes. Every cPanel plan includes one-click installs for WordPress and dozens of other popular applications, plus PHP and MySQL.

How do backups work?

Shared hosting plans include self-service backup and restore tools in cPanel, so you can create and restore your own backups at any time.

What is managed VPS hosting?

A managed VPS gives you your own virtual server environment on AWS infrastructure, with our team handling provisioning, patching, monitoring, and incident response — like having a server administrator built into the service. Plans start at $35/month.

Email

Is your email really Microsoft Exchange?

Yes. Our email plans are genuine Microsoft Exchange Online and Office 365, provisioned and supported by AlphaOmegaHosting — Silver is Exchange Online Plan 1, Gold is Exchange Online Plan 2, and Platinum is Office 365 E3.

What's the difference between the Exchange plans?

Silver ($8/mailbox/month) includes a 50 GB mailbox. Gold ($12) doubles the mailbox to 100 GB and adds unlimited email archiving and data loss prevention. Platinum ($30) is Office 365 E3: everything in Gold plus the desktop Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook apps on up to 5 devices, 1 TB of OneDrive storage, and SharePoint Online.

Does Exchange work with Outlook and my phone?

Yes — every plan works with Outlook on the desktop, Outlook on the web, and the Outlook apps for iPhone and Android, with mail, calendars, and contacts kept in sync.

Billing & privacy

What is your refund policy?

All payments are non-refundable, per our Terms of Service. Separately, qualifying downtime under the 99.9% uptime guarantee is compensated with service credits.

How do I cancel?

Cancellation requests must be made in writing with at least 30 days' notice, as described in our Terms of Service.

Does this website use cookies?

The marketing pages on alphaomegahosting.com set no cookies at all. The customer billing portal and support system use session cookies that are strictly necessary for logging in and managing your account.
